as far as I know, earning isn't fixed. it depends on your file size & the country that downloads it

I think that's not reason. Today I saw some of my few files deleted. I think my earning decrease due to delete of those files which was associated with earnings....

maybe DCMA removed files' earnings are deducted from the total earnings

i know zap wouldent delete any files without reason i have had files sitting there for weeks and not one single file has been removed

Can anyone tell me what the tricks to get rid of DMCA.

Today we received many DMCA's, and when we do receive a valid DMCA the file will be deleted along with any earnings.

After hard working we uploader get the result. But other host doesn't deduct the earnings for DMCA's files...

as a 2ndary host, I'm using hench & speedshare. Both of them deduct earnings of DCMA files

Why you do it?
All the others hosters don't do it .

And what happen if you gain a premium with a dmca files?

Do you give back money to the customers who buy you a premium with a dmca files? i don't think so ^^

You gain in the both sides and us 0 with this rules.
It's not fair for uploaders.

Please consider to remove this rules.

every business has to comply with the dmca its the law im affaird learn we all had to learn bout dmca dont upload dmca stuff its simple

sometimes : Error: File download failed:503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
Sometimes ok pease check
