if you delete profits achieved by more than 100 files because of 8 files , who actually I can't find any difference between these 8 files and others , this is unreasonable and no fair
you receive a report DMCA , you go straight and delete full profits :facepalm:
though if because only one file between 500 files
you go and delete all profits [

Yeah, I could not agree more with what he said above. It's just so unfair to throw our hard-earned money out of the window and just a piece of advice; if you're really want your site to be popular, you will have to remove this policy. Earnings should not be removed.
With this policy enabled: Less uploaders. Less profits for you.
With this policy removed: More uploaders will join your site and promote your links. So this means more profits for you. And of course the site will become well-known anywhere on the web.
But as always, the decision remains yours.

You are very WRONG. We did NOT deleted all your profits, lets make that clear.
IF A FILE GETS REMOVED BECAUSE OF DMCA OR OTHER REASON ( READ TOS ) THE EARNINGS MADE BY THAT SINGLE FILE IS REMOVED NOT ALL.
We support people that upload, however we take DMCA seriously. As long as you are NOT the owner of the file, I'm pretty sure you should not earn money from it.
PS: You have 0 files into your account, but still a small balance.
PS2: As I can see you have requested about 5 payments which has been paid.

How about the files you have posted at many websites are showing (No such file with this file-name) When in fact it is in your file list and has been very active?
Does anyone feel wizzupload is keeping many sales for them selves in order to gain capitol to make there bushiness work?

But I advise you to be cautious they are not like wupload I seen sales every single day and I am using the same award winning files but I see no sales. I made thousands of dollars a month serious between Filesonic and wupload. Please tell me your opinion I did not say i was quitting but we are business people also and need to evaluate if we get paid enough just as wizzupload makes plans of how much profit they will make.
Are they giving us any grand opening plans or specials to make us some money and them?

This is how the game is played Mr. Wizz and you know it> Its a grey area but if that individual got you a 50.00 sale did you send that money back to the buyer. Come on get real!! Everyone post amateur or web stuff and they will get no sales. I was very select on what I post because I see what is going on. I used Mixed Picture sets and many are showing no such file exists but it is in my files and active. I really really wanted this file host to work. We shall see. As far as a DMCA you did your job now pay the guy and move along to the next DMCA viloation but also enjoy your profit Mr. Wizz. Some of us are not kids and take this job very serious.
Where is the reply from you 5 employees of wizzupload? Even my responses in my private email stopped 2 hours ago, Many many error of no files for people to download once they click on it.

How can we make sales for you and also how can we make money when you have no limit on free size? Plus we only get half a cent per download and you act as though your giving us a reward for 3 days of steady work it took for me to make 2.00 That is insane.

About the DMCA thing they have delete from my account 4 files and 2.5 dollars removed from my account.In one of my referrals too he has lost 1.5 dollars from this.The rates again today at fifth day are decreased.About DMCA you take our money but you earn double from them right?You dont lose the money from DMCA.This is the reason 99% of the filehosters dont remove the earnings.So you prefer to have dmca files because you receive the 100% of these files right?But uploaders lose a lot of money from it.

@ cricket this question was already answered, if a file gets removed due to DMCA, the earnings for that file is also removed. End of story really.
