Please do something because this is happening to often now, every few minutes my sites are going up & down, or they load very slow, even when there is only 1 user (me) online.

I guess all of you got the mail which is sent by us for the maintenance ? Also i don't know how many times i say to raise a ticket if you got any problems with the hosting , this is sales thread , i wont be responding here for the support .

Every hosting companies have issues all over the world like ppl makes mistakes of cuz, but shineservers always be touched with their clients and worked hard for resolving issues, like it and vouch it.

Update : All type of maintenance is done on our SN1 . Hopefully the new performance of server will do better then earlier . Kindly check the mails which is sent by us , it got all details of this issue .

I appreciate your support but sending email telling your customers to praise you all over the forums are bad idea. You still remember there was one company boasting that they were so good (they were actually) and hosted almost the entire WJ? They got DDoS till their pants dropped and had to run from places to places. If you do a good job words will spread naturally. Asking others to blow your trumpet all over the place will attract unnecessary attention. I hope you got what I mean.
