when do you usually send out payments? correct me if I am wrong but from my understanding it is 7 days. If I hit payout on Monday and then let's say on Thursday, will I received payout the next Monday and Thursday as well? thanks

Actually no, i'm new with filemates and that feature which applied for short time ( captcha for both premium and free users ), made the filemates in the top of my list for files hosts. and thought the feature will stay, for that i started to transfer my files to filemates to start in new stuff, but unfortunately, later it was stopped and now it's very easy for servers and other hosts to leech files from filemates.

Yes mate I agree with you and we all know that there are no files hosts applying the captcha code on both premium and free users, but every uploader or web master has his own situation and don't forget all that hosts weren't/aren't depending on PPS mainly, unlike Filemates and many of new hosts. yes I have my own site but i'm still in the level of building its files library where all files uploaded to filemates only, and I don't have much downloaders yet to know their opinions about filemates with captcha for premium users, but I'm sure it'll be ok for me and them if filemates comes again with captcha code. for me becuase I'll guarantee my files won't be leeched after a real tiredness to upload and collect it in one place, and for users who download my files because except the bothering of captcha they'll have a max speed + the possibility to download any file with any size.

it's also depending on how much the files are special and arranged in good way... the more your files are special and arranged in one place, the more it will be encouraging the others to make a premium account to download it even if the captcha code was existing ;)

Anyway I prefer to leave the matter of captcha code for files for the uploaders, as I said before like the choice of ( preimum all/ unpremium all ) so every uploader will appreciate his need to apply captcha code on his files or not, and in the end all uploaders will be happy .

I'm waiting the opinion of filemates about that suggestion.8-)

Until today, when you were requesting money and then requesting again before first payout execution it was summed to your last payout and you were receiving all together based on first payout request date...

Now it has been changed and every payout request is NEW request. This way the money of Monday come 7 days later from Monday and the money of Friday comes 7 days later than Friday. Separate payments.

BUT as told before, during a small period (hopefully not more than end of August) we will execute payouts with delays. For example last Firday Skrill payout requests made before 1/8/12 received money and alertpay requests will receive in maximum 3 days...

More recent requests will hopefully receive next week and until end of August we will be able to execute payout requests on TIME, 7 days after payout request without delays ;)

is it possible to make the appearance/non-appearance of ( captcha code )as a private choice for every user ( uploader ) for his files ( like the premium all/unpremium all for files ) ? , if not I wish if you make a voting here to know who agree with captcha code policy for files and who aren't, according to vote you applying it or not ?
 
that's okay for the tie being knowing all the problems we have in filemates but when will u remove this new feature and make us take all pending payout's in one like it used to be ?? after all pending are done and the system is balanced again ?? or u can take a list of trusted members and pay them all there pending payouts in one time and really hope to get back to 3 days after request what am trying to say would be great for filemates to come back like it was hope u answer us fast mates
 
the rule is 7 days after payment request. every request will need to wait 7 days to be executed.

trusted users will be paid even faster. already said and done this in the past.

all this will happen as soon as filemates get balanced again ;)

i will try to see what i can do over this issue... if possible i will enable captcha uppor the uploader's choice like prem all/unprem all ;)

this is not a promised though... i will see if i can do this or it needs extremely hard integration change...

Thank you for caring filemates :) , I hope it works 8-) . I know maybe it didn't happen before in any other host where some files needs for captcha code to get the link and other doesn't need, for premium users and in the same host, but if it happened I'm sure it'll make more premium users bc the flexibility and wide options for uploaders. ;)

Some thing is really wrong .. daily many signup under me but still not a single sale !! user are downloading 4-5 gb file using only register ?? how it is possible i upload bigger files and i can see that user are downloading and daily increasing of reff but not a sell .. how register member can download a 4-5 gb file ?? .. i was think that its a good host and i was using it from last 3 month and when i started it happen same like now . but i was think they just signup not buy a premium . after that paypal issu and i stop working with u now i start again and happening again ..

Leaving This File Host !!

In any case with or without captcha you can password protect your files... this way you give the pass to the users and they must put it to download the file... this should help...
 
if a user buys premium he has a yellow star in the list... if there is a yellow star to a person and you haven't earned money then the count is probably not counted... it very improbable. we have only had just very few cases like this...
if the person doesn't have a yellow star he hasn't bought premium. it is not that sales count has been missed. it is only that there have been no sale ;)
 
But one time tow time ok three time .. how its possible all time ??? and free user download only 400 mb file file is +4GB.. can register member download 4gb file ??
 
no... only premium... if your files are in public forum that many people use it is normall... but in any case tell me in PM your username and i will tell you who download your files ;)
 
@souza and Aditi Ashu it's pretty simple and easy to know if filemates cheats u or not get your credit card log into your RDP or use proxy use one of your links buy premium if it counted then filemates can't have known its your own sale to count then it's your problem try to work and give users more incentives to buy if it doesn't work and isn't counted come here and throw all the bricks and stones u want i did that with every new filehost i used since MU crisis and also i repeat that once i feel cheated with filemates i never did felt that actually the guy helps me get more sales in many ways :)
 
i don't have credit card to check this matter . but i try some other things to check that filemates cheat or not. i was using extabit and it give my sales regularly i see that filemates give 60-70% where extabit give 50% so i use filemates and i remove extabit links but i did't get a single sale from it.. i wait 2-3 days but no sale.. after that i replace my links with extabit . and i was getting sales as normal. but i was think its sunddend with filemates that it so i just ignore it and was using extabit .. but from last week i want to start work with filemates again.. and as last i remove my all links from thread and post filemates links.. but its happen again .. wait a week daily sign ups .. but not a single sale.. that's why i post reply on the official thread ..

its not a big thing i just want to share my experience .. :p i just replace my links with extabit .. so just chill .. :)
 
your way involves circumstantial matter while the way i said and every uploader use is hard evidence so mine works way better :)
no body needs to chill since very body is cool with mates BTW u need at least a week for users to start buy from new file host that's at least they know u are going to stay with the new one they won't but one months and u have just changed and may change the host again u need to commit first then get sales that's if u have a website at all glad to see u happy best of luck man :)
