Then you said 10mins is fixed..and now this, he must pm'ed you for that, cause I can see 4 replies saying 1 hour is too much. 1 hour is to much, 30 min is enough. Not everybody uploads 1GB files.

Why don't you make something like this:
000- 100 MB ~15 min
101- 400 MB ~25 min
401- 700 MB ~35 min
701-1024 MB ~45 min
