You are right if 1 ip download 20 different files they will be counted as 20 qualified downloads.
Free users download speed : 75kbps
register users download speed : 150kbps

Yes we count stream videos.
 
I understand that it's slow, but waiting for new servers we prefer limit the bandwidth for free users. We don't want premium users looses their download speeds.
 
3 Mb/s for premium user is sufficient.

EDIT : Can you set a date for the new server is active?

EDIT 2 : For example on the French forum, the host that are less than 200ko/s are banned.

EDIT 3 : To save money, I think we should limit to 250gb storage space for free user, and activate your affiliate program for "premium".

Edit 4 : I think we should add the option or you can limit the size of the download file free user, for example 400mb, 600mb, or 800Mb. The temp to show that many come to sell their premium with this.

We changed only one time aff program. It was to reduce the load on our servers. Our priority is to add servers, and ensure that premium users are maximum download speed. Unfortunately today we have not enough servers. Thursday for new server.

I put now 100kb for free users and Thursday I would try 150kb or 200kb.

upload doenst work really good, every time i upload a file than after 10 min its stop at 25% or sometimes at 5 %

can you check it again
 
and what was yesterday with the 10$?

edit: it's very easy how you are thinking... first high rates to bring a lot of people... after that you will lower the aff conditions...
but you had server problems and with so low stats nobody stay with you... so you make better conditions... pays 1-3 months and after that you stop the payouts cause that will be the most active period at your host...

and why i know that?? dude... you are using a free script + the site was selling for 40$!!!
if you would be serious you would script your own thing...
