lol he not even a hacker he so gay,lol boxhead = gay and a noob,i think i might hack his site for the lulz. we all know what happened to the main domain fail much head box?

If your cPanel password has also been changed the surely your PC is infected or you got into their stealer ..
First scan your PC and then ask altushost to recover your account. You should have all emails recording Hosting Order/ Invoices/ & Payment reminders so ask them.

Do you even really know what happened to the main domain (.org) ? The owner was scammed if I'm not mistaken... The guy took the domain and did not pay BoxHead. I saw the logs that were posted.

Well, along with your webhost its also your duty to make your site secure to keep it safe. Well, I personally have encountered many of my client using nulled vb and they even don't remove "validator.php" file after the installation, not they bother to take simply change the admincp folder path or to restrict its access with the help of .htaccess.

Well, hope you guys recover you site, but I am worried if they have infected your DB then it would be really hard to get it cleaned.
 
My site is new so im starting with a clean database. Used wordpress with no nulled scripts and added many secuirty plugins. Im starting to think its secuirty flaw with altushost but i have no proof.

Could also be my noobish web skills

Well, personally I suggest you to start from scratch again to make sure that it is cleaned (if your site was new) as we have seen very critical situation while doing some recovery for one of our client. Well that is another topic.

But, their are also some security tips for wordpress to keep it secure, I suggest you to follow that step.
