why mafiawarez.com submit still remove

before submit approve only 3 all my ebook removed,
next submit all my ebook removed again approve only 9
today i see all my link remove

whats wrong
mylink is working, title is clean becouse other ddl to approve our submit
why linkbox removed it ?
can you telll whats wrong ?

same thing happend to me , last two times !?
first time i though that filehosts arew the problem , but then i saw only few of them are approved , so the host is not the problem . titles are clean ofcourse , site wasn't down , or anything like that . today approved also few of submitted dls . any help about this please ?
