The system may limit upload speed in case of the accounts where files are uploaded and not actively shared. There are accounts that get thousands files uploaded, however not shared. RU is available for anyone for sure.
Today, when 2011 year is almost over, we would like to summarize the results of FilePost project since its launch. It is difficult to believe now that the project was launched 5 months ago only. This period was really active for us, full of doings and fortunately rather effective. Our staff have devoted lots of their efforts as well as long working hours at nights and weekends to the project. However the current results justify our hopes, as well as all other investments made into the service. The main thing is that we are contented with the results, and we are glad to see the service developing further. Sure, we would never reach anything without our partners and users, and we would like to thank you all for choosing our hosting!
We have achieved a lot for these past 5 months. We have been successfully competing with the industry leaders, and have already left some of them behind (even though they have been functioning for a few years). The importance is not even in the traffic volume, but in the trust of millions of users all over the word. Our service is now allowed at multiple popular file sharing forums and sites, and we keep getting positive feedback every day. And that is the deserved result - we have been putting lots of efforts to provide high quality support service (often even individual one) since the very start of the project - and that is sure appreciated by our partners and users. We should mention high level of technical and hardware support as well as professional design that is even imitated now by some companies.
Sure, we have faced some difficulties on the way that were hard to control sometimes. Even though the fast growth of the service popularity was planned from the beginning, the rate of growth was even higher than expected. As a result, recently we were facing technical issues related to the high system load, and the flood in Thailand, that caused delays with the servers delivery, made the situation worse. However due to active and wise decisions and operations of our team we could cope with the problems in a timely manner. We have made the necessary conclusions out of the situation and have gained valuable experience. We are sure we will be able to stand almost everything now!
In the coming new year we are going to continue the service development, and we are not going to lower the service quality and support. We do not have any doubts that FilePost positions will raise in the nearest future even more! We care for our reputation and won't give any reasons for doubts in our service.
We would like to wish a Happy New Year to all or partners and users! Let all your wishes come true and all your goals be achieved! We wish you to be healthy and lucky in this new year.
PS Due to the holidays there may be some delays in technical support service replies next week. We ask for your understanding and patience in this matter. That does not apply to the critical questions - the monitoring of our servers and the service main processes is done in 24/7 mode. If you face any serious technical issues please submit them to our support team via the site - in this case we will react to the faster. If you post them only here, there is a chance they will be missed or not seen in a timely manner.
What your saying is bull, fact is if you don't sell premiums then remote upload will be impossible, or maybe it will take days, the 1 file i put in the upload queue is still pending after more then 12 hours, and web/ftp upload speed are ridiculous slow. And i just started using this host.
Active files: 811, not thousands. but again plenty of other file hosts giving decent upload speeds even if you just started.

Can not upload via FTP, upload from Web is very slow @_@
@ Everyone - you should realize that we can help individual partners with upload only when we see what upload method you use/where you upload from/ what software you use. And our advice help our partners to increase speeds very often. If we can not do anything, our support team say that.

Share the same files on multiple hosts, while others have 1,000 downloads,in filepost 100 downloads...
The upload speed is terrible ( FTP,RU OR WEB ), the speed for free users is terrible or do not have downloads and scamming us your are all...

ftp speed very poor since one month.ftp speed 30 to 50 kbps.now this time bye bye.........I want celebrate new year with new host.not this types shit host
I understand that. And I already said that if we can not help with the speed improvement (and when there are no obvious technical reasons for low speed), our support team says honestly about that.
Once again, RU is available for everyone, it is not closed or something for specific accounts.
Please contact our support team if you have any troubles with the account.
You can pm me your account email and speed you get, and where you upload from.
We do not cheat or scam here. I would recommend you to try our PPS or Mixed plan (since our PPS is one of the best on the market), you may earn more of sales then from downloads. At least you could try.

what I would say is... when I had a leaseweb gbit box I had 20MB/s now I have a 1gbit softlayer.nl box I get 20MB/s --- the upload speed is caused by your host... If I can get good sped then you can if you use a decent host and don't cheap out by using RDP etc.. get a Dedi
