First of all, the explanation of the situation on the weekend. As dagme posted already, yes, we had some serious technical issues with servers environment on the weekend (and due to the holidays it took our hosting team longer to respond and take necessary measures), we are sorry for that, such a situation when several servers stop working normally is really rare. That is why we have decided to prolongate the promo for 26th and 27th of December. Also, we can see that even with the troubles there were downloads and sales. (however it seems that users were less active during the holiday weekend).

Btw, the engineers were at work during the weekend fixing the issues and communication with hosting team about that. That was the main priority for sure.

If anyone still faces any issues with the hosting, please let me know or submit a ticket. Also, if you see a message about traffic limitation - please also submit a ticket, that should be fixed.

It is 100% of one-month premium sale.

Sure, 12.70 is 100% of one-month sale. Within our promo we pay 100% for subscription plans - 5-day, 30-day and 90-day ones.

1-month premium plan costs 10 euro. The current exchange rate can be seen in your account -> Dashboard, it is 1.27 now (we change it according to Paypal rate), so 100% of 1-month plan is 10*1.27*100% = 12.70 USD
 
Some news from our blog.

As you could have noticed, FilePost service had technical troubles at Catholic Christmas Eve and night hours. The situation was really complicated - we had some environment hardware-based glitches that touched several servers at once, and one of those servers was supposed to be a reserve one. The chances of such a coincidence are really low, however that happened unfortunately. Due to the holiday, it took our datacenter support team longer to respond and react to the issues. We need to mention that our own technicians were immediately involved into the repair process and did everything possible to resolve the troubles.

We regret that the troubles happened during the promo days, thus we would like to compensate the lost revenue to our partners. This technical failure was the situation that even could not be imagined, and we are ready to announce generous compensation. We prolongate the promo - 100% of sales - for two additional days - 26th and 27th of December! We are sure lots of our partners will be able to earn much more these days.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will take all necessary measures to prevent similar situations in the future. At the moment the service works in a stable mode. The coming holidays won’t influence the service work - we will continue monitoring of the technical part and will continue technical support of our users and partners.

ok, before filepost host failued

I were able to sell 1 premium at lease a day, and now it's 0

my visitor were not happy about filepost and pursue me to use filesonic etc

please make it stable, at lease mini downtime to 6 hours or less
