Hello azuredrake,

This limit refers to a per transaction maximum as well as the total that can be transacted before verification will be necessary. Once verified, you will be able to initiate $50,000USD withdrawals.

Hello nirmalpattara,

You will be able to verify your AlertPay account by bank wire deposit. Simply select option a from the verification page and be sure to deposit a minimum of $50.00USD.

brother i wanna ask question if you get us a credit card can we use it to buy from shop or buy from itunes or a lot of shops like other do with paypal thnkx.
 
I have a verified account with me debit card, but I'm unable to upload funds to my Aletpay account from my bank account ... How long this problem would persist ? Any idea or any probable solution ...

Hey Proaudiozone,

Once we launch our prepaid card, it will act like any other credit card. You would of course have to make sure that this merchant accepts online credit card payments.

I suggest sending us a support ticket with a detailed explanation of the issues you are experiencing. Our Banking team will be able to distinguish what the may be.

Hey sahil00150,

We have been looking into instating such a service but in the meantime this is not an option we currently provide. Once we anticipate the release of such service, we will defiantly be posting an article on the matter.

Hello Sonic,

It seems we have provided you with the necessary information to be able to wire withdrawal the funds from your AlertPay account to your bank account.

Alternatively you may refer to our authorized exchangers page. Please note that only approved exchangers are allowed to operate through our network. To view a list of the exchangers our members can use through our system please do the following: 1) Login to your AlertPay account and click on "Withdraw".
2) On the right hand side you will see: "Withdraw funds through an AlertPay-recognized exchanger"
3) Click on the word "exchanger"
Please note that transactions with unauthorized exchangers are a direct violation of our User Agreement and may result in account suspension.

I have already opened a support ticket but was unable to get a satisfactory response as they said that they had issue with bank funds transferring feature :( They are working on the issue :(
