I have only 1 thing to say, i care bout my staff better then my clients so as long as your attitude is like this, please do not check for the slots.
Even if they open up, i do not want clients who are willing to say things pointed above.

And as a client you DO NOT HAVE AN OPTION to choose which server you want , you have the option that YOU GET THE SERVICE for which you paid for.

And NL .206 has no complaints , its simply technical and that can happen to any server anytime.

So, i guess it clears the air for you.
 
every company or every seller has to care about clients priority.clients and client's toughts MUST be in the first place.so if you care about them more ,then sell your services to your valuable staff .bye

Like this, Raising issues on server that clients are abusing it. Whatz the point, do you log a support ticket, have you told us regarding this query and you are telling me to go back through pages and find your reply. We would have given you a new slot, but since you care posting in sales thread. No Support given..

Arrogant style won't be appreciated...You need to learn how to do business and what client meant to business before running a business.Like Dubrovnik said, If you care about staff more than your client..then better be off selling your service to your staff's.

  • It's client who gives business to you..Not your staff
  • This is a discussion forum..If one don't like your service or got issue he/she can put words.
  • Put those bold text of yours in your thread first post and in your site homepage and see how many customer you get and loose.

If you are so sure about your server performance why don't you answer him in better way and assure him with money refund guarantee..if you don't offer what he paid for or when your server perform poor?
