waiting for refund , i have loosed business , time and money here , issue once in a month is not a problem , but when issue arrises every 2 weeks than it becomes a pain

1. Vernon went off-line and have not notified
2. Terence The new server is slow as a horse, especially in the rar / unrar, old age brings.
3. Filesoni has blocked our IP and still no one has done anything to solve the problem
4. I was charged another bill to pay more for no reason, for a total $ 59.99 per month.

That said, I will put to work and solve all problems, restoring the confidence that you had won, or I personally do not pay you anymore and fuck!!

We have a few issues at our backend with the Netherlands servers mainly and working to get them fixed. Also, if you have unrar/rar problems with the server , Request for a Reboot or Get a New Slot.

PS: We are Getting Fresh Stock of Servers by next Week, if needed we can put you on those servers as well. Those Servers will have Fresh Hard drives hence better performance

I believe there is a problem with the server winrar Terence, because even after restart the extraction and compression has been slow.
I would ask you please to solve, I do not want to waste time also because I have a lot of work to do and in these conditions I can afford it.
So if the problem should go ahead, please move to another server where WINRAR works properly, otherwise this is the last time I will use your RDP after 4 months of work.

Oron seems to have blocked the Neeraj server Ip. I also asked a friend who's using a different rdp provider, oron seems to have blocked that server as well. Both servers are leaseweb.

I'd like to get an answer on this.

I brought over for 4 months, but lately with the change of the server you are really doing shit, I'm opening support tickets to solve many problems but there's no way to do it, I do not understand, I'm not here to waste time and if I'm regretting it because I need to work with the rdp otherwise I would have bought another.

US IP Range is working fine though.

Wow thanks, so according to you I would have to get a US rdp to upload? Well no thanks. I got tired of waiting so I just had a conversation with oron support. The IP will be unblocked within 2 days. Apparently the reason for the ban was extensive leeching.

Well, I have tried contacting them but never did got a response from them. And the ban is not on a certain IP but mass IP ban. Whether or not you have used it, they ban the IP's range completely.
