[WTB] Windows VPS - Private Torrents Allowed

Hello!

I'm looking for a Windows VPS, with 100GB+ HDD. I will use it for private usage for torrents, and for streaming media , private.

I haven't found any cheap ones yet, since I'm not very eager to pay 50$ / month for one.

If you got any deals or so, please post here!
