Will PayPal Ban acct, if a donate Button is used in warez site

I just want to know whether paypal bans my account if I use a donate button in my site as I my site is warez and my site streams movies/tvshows using megavideo. I see many people using donate button in warez forums. I just want to know.

nope,paypal wont ban/limit your account if you put a Donate button on your site, many people do it.

yes if u get reported or if u get an unauthorized payment and they link your account with warez

True if someone reports it or ur acct is linked to some illegal transfer according to them then they my suspend ur acct.
