There is none, and if there was (as there have been in the past) I'd do what I've always done and buy an account (using a burner credit card, IP proxy, fake email address) and work with the file hosts to disable their accounts to prevent them from access.
Most of the Premium Link Generators and Debrid sites are full of shit because there are many others like me that won't allow them to function.
The respectable path for someone who can't afford premium file host memberships to take would be to simply affiliate with file hosts and redeem any earned commission in for free premium memberships. In fact, just about any respectable file host automatically provides their affiliates with premium level accounts...
And just FYI, inquiries/promotions for debrid/premium link generator sites probably won't be too well taken here as like I said, there are a lot of honest file host affiliates out there such as myself that actively work to disrupt them.
