u mean u count only tier 4 upto 4 times...and all others tiers no multiple ip count ??

or u count all tiers with tier 4 rates upto 4 times

confused ?

from stats what i observed...u r counting only tier 4 upto 4 times..and all other tiers only one count

guys what you said is correct all tier1-tier 3 only count 1/ip , tier 4 count 4/ip before you guys complain about it. try to compare it to other PPD host. uploadbank count complete and incomplete download. while other host require complete download to be counted. uploadbank has no captcha while other PPD host has. most important he pays with in 2-3 days :) and i only earn around 1-3$ a day :) i know its low but again it counts all download lol if you guys are not happy with the rate you can just use other host :)

@trickerfinder my i know the reason why you said the owner "stubborn as hell" ??:whistling:

Some people might forgotten which email they use and would want to try their username.
Don't worry, unless someone have access to your email account. Nothing will happen.

Upload speed will depend on you internet connection.

Bitcoin rates are quite unstable as they rises very quickly and drop quickly.
Sorry but paypal is like google adsense who loves to ban accounts.

Yes our file server is overloaded with traffic several days back due to heavy traffic.
Downloaders has max out the server concurrent connections.
That is why when you click on the continue button there has been a long delay.
However this has been resolved.

As we are new and still introducing features one step at a time.
Referral earnings will come soon. Should be 10%.

Let me explain.
This is how our rewards system works at the moment.
- 4 counts for Tier 4
- 2 counts for Tier 3
- 2 counts for Tier 2
- 1 count for Tier 1

Reason being there has been a limitation where I can only set MAX earnings per IP.
This will change to 4 counts for every Tier soon.
Require some changes in the backend and will take some time.
Hope you guys understand.

Have you set this under your Zoom uploader settings? It will increase upload speed.
Please note sometimes we are under heavy load which can slow down your upload speed.
I will monitor the servers.

BECAUSE 4-3-2-1 host is for amateurs(they think)
there are not many people who use this host
very low rates
at least tier 1 deserve better rates
its very hard to get paid ,you need many k downloads
