Small Site like Linkidin

Hey guys I have to create a small like linkdin for my collage where collage students can upload their data and companies can see them.

Any idea guys which script will be good for it

What makes you believe companies will see them? Remember decent sized companies are busy people. They don't usually even look at all the resumes submitted.

Make sure to get specifics in place before spending on it.
