Paypal verification question

Hi

If I want to set up a paypal account in another country because I move there, can I use the visa card I used in my precedent account to verify my new account?

If It doesn't want to verify my new account, can I again use that card in a paypal account from my first account?

(I think I'd have to close the first account to be able to use the same card in the second account - my question is if I close my first account do I have a risk of having my card blacklisted by paypal as it has been used in another account in the past)
