I called them, wasted few bucks on international call until they came to a conclusion that I cannot use my account as I had linked other accounts with it.
I guess we misunderstood each other.

Click that button and then select something like "View Source", and there will be a lot of information, and probably the IP of the origin server (this worked for facebook). But you have to decrypt the text, it is encrypted with Base64.
