Hello,
I am starting a New website & need a partner, who can manage/grow my website in my absence.
Duties :
1. Being Administrator , should validate client's account.
2. Moderation , Member promotion/demotion according to activity.
3. Advertise & invite new members.
Type of Website :
Torrent Website [private torrent tracker]

will it be your partners responsibility to have an rdp or a seedbox in order to seed the torrents, how will u get the torrent uploaders ....
 
Its a Non-profitable website for now... but if there is possibility of earning, I am ready to share the profit on 50-50 basis.
Secondly , About seeding torrents... I do have Server/Seedbox for seeding torrents.I can seed about 100-150 torrents at a time for now.

I can invite Torrent poster myself , thats not a problem but before that I need a partner who can work on forum [management work] & create few torrents [4-5 in each section] for forum.thats it !

If you have Any other query , please let me know
 
You just need some basic knowledge about torrent creation/posting..managing web-site, administrating & encouraging users.
