Hello! Webmoney send this message to all users, i don't understand this. WME is out? People can't recive webmoney WME payments? I lose WME money?
Please wjunction users, help me to understand this message. Thanks all.

Added after 27 minutes:

I was still able to withdraw WME via bankwire. I've noticed that webmoney's bank transfer processor has changed to «Paymaster24» LTD from the previous «Northforce» LTD.
