IPB 3.XX VS IPB 2.XX???

I am new to IPB Board. I worked on PHPBB3. Is there anyone who can suggest which is better IPB 3.XX or IPB 2.XX???

OR If there is any tutorial like installation and setting forum, please post here.

Really depends on where you want to get hosted and what you want to do with the board.

2.3x has many more mods and tutorials. Uses less memory and has lots of skins available.

3.1x is more sophisticated so it requires more memory. More options for using social networking to be logged in at same time.

Both have their advantages and disadvantages. So if you want a warezlinking site with little social networking and strong forum with lots of mods I would say use 2.3x

If its a nulled version your after it dosent matter much. Btw version 3.2.0 is just around the corner.
