If you are an uploader with low to no traffic, based on our current policies, you can use our service to upload files such as music, music videos, e-books, and similar content.
However, if you are an uploader with substantial traffic, please send me a message so that after review, we can upgrade you to a premium user.

there's no limitation, you are able to make use of our service in line with your specific needs.
If your uploaded files have acceptable traffic, we can upgrade you to a premium user.
