how to submit my download link ?

i guess he do not have
so join any site who do submit to those DDL as Uploader and upload FOR them,
staff of that forum will submit all your uploads.

I dont have a site....
please tell me some good sites that subit link to ddl
 
^^ u need to get inside the whitelists of ddls by adding their links on ur blog and the u can submit after reading the terms of particular ddls.
 
what is the point, if only owner of the site can submit link. Owner of the sites are thhe webmaster. and they do no earn from submitting these links.

can anybody explain this?

they will get higher rank for THEIR site if they have lots of submissions..and that affects on the traffic that comes through the DDL sites
people always prefer high-rated sites.. !
so the site's admin will warmly accept more posts :)

ook. Then what is the problem if uploaders submit on dll site ?
