i have got my paypal limited, and as i m from india, i dont own any Credit Card at present with me. so i would like to verify my PayPal as earlier with My Bank Account Attached. earlier i was verified user, but now i m limited, so kindly check that i have attached my PAN and also Bank Account so please remove my limitation.
