How to receive paypal payment to bank account with PP banned account?

Plz help guys

My situation is this:
- My PP account is banned
- My WMZ account is locked (software error in windows) and they want me to send my notarized form and passport to russia (...)
- I have some money in ryushare and I don't know how to receive it

Ryushare sends payments via PP so...is there any service that "received" Paypal payments, then sends them to my bank account for a fee?

or do you have any other solution?

In the situation like yours, you can have some exchanger who can grab that payment in his PayPal then he'll pay you where ever you need them. So better create a new thread asking for exchanger!

PS : Be careful with your deals with exchanger.
