How to create an anime site ? (Question)

Hey Guys
I wanted to ask you guys how create an anime site . I know most of the sites are using wordpress but i dont know what plugins they are using and how they using the jwplayer on it ie they are embeding codes from other hosts but are using their own player i dont get that so it would be great if someone could help me out here

No, I'd suggest a wordpress plugin dedicated for anime sites, they include support and scraper engines so you can automate ongoing anime episodes updates on your site.

That plugin costs some bucks, but it's so user-friendly that even someone who knows nothing about anime can make an anime streaming site. But of course it would always be better if you know about the niche you're into.

Since I only use my own encodes in my site, I did mine by using Categories as "Encode Sources" and tags as AniDB Categories.

It can be similar to WPA, Categories as Sources, Tags as Genre. Or something like Categories as Titles, then Tags as Genre.

Search in wp plugin database "Category Order" plugin. This will help.

Animescrape

Guys, i know i'm joining in a little late into the chat but I really had to warn you.

WP-Anime is horrible. I regret ever wasting money on it. Their support is almost non-existent, their plugin doesn't meet wordpress standards and is incompatible with other plugins. Also, making themes for wp-anime doesn't work how it should. The cron jobs are annoying to set up, and the database can be missing episodes at times.

After a horrible experience with them, where I paid them to make me a custom theme and they didn't deliver, I tried out Animescrape (http://animescrape.com). They're newer but I recommend you give them a shot.
They're cheaper, no cron jobs, better database, compatible with other plugins, and you can easily make themes for their plugin. It worked out of the box with one of my premium themes. And they give free update and support.

I just thought I'd let anyone know before they waste money on WP-Anime

IDK about their scrapper engines, but I like the WP Anime templating. It's rough by default, but with some little fiddling with javascript/php the plugin can become awesome. That's just IMHO though, since I'm manually putting my own encodes in it I haven't any experience with their scrapper engines.

I think onarcade can do that . I know it is mainly for games but with some editing it will be amazing . I know someone did that
