have you changed anything in the last 24hours that would affect embeds?

my site now shows this error when trying to embed a video into my page. I really need it to allow the page to be displayed in the frame.

im not doing anything wrong like blocking ads or anything, its just more user friendly than making the user open it in a brand new window
