I used to take files from the internal storage memory, but in Android 13 it became impossible

It’s not program or application.
With rooted devices you can see the stream and store it to your files automatically with playing.
Without rooted device I really don’t know how to do it.

I know this way
I open the photo or video and then take it from the phone’s internal memory, but it is a cumbersome way to save a large number of files.
