Akismet Problem

Hi, Akismet stop works and it tells me:

[I]The key below was previously validated but a connection to akismet.com  can not be established at this time. Please check your server  configuration.[/I]

but few days later it starts work again.

One week later the same story.

I haven't changed any config of my server; for months all work well..

Akismet server down or your server isnt connecting with the akismet server.

May be thats the reason.

I've fixed that problem making timout to 90 seconds on this plugins..
Now all works well..

Don't know why it takes so long to validate Api key..
