PayPal, I know it's not the best, but it's the best other than a bank transfer, 2Checkout was good until they started closing Webhosts accounts one by one with a lame excuse.

Yes they do, however some providers like ResellerClub they don't add the funds automatically to your account unless your verified.

Looks like a spam email from PayPal, I'd contact them first beforehand, I get loads of spam saying I've been suspended and it's funny because my business email address isn't the one I use for PayPal. They come from every email address they can think of from peypal etc.

Well I verified mine by adding a bank account, got a letter sent to my address with a code and some others because they was stupid and their firewall blocked payments out. I phoned them though.
