    IP Tunneling for server security

Yes, that's actually a limitation of this system, ALL uploads/upstream traffic must route through the "public" server, so will be limited by lowest common speed, and you will get billed bandwidth for both servers. It's really most adequate for downloads, or with trusted uploaders who can have...

nope, 2 different (but nearby) countries, but the data comes directly from the hidden server ;)

    IP Tunneling for server security

All right guys, $50 for the first person who can tell me the real IP where this page is coming from: http://174.127.94.120:182/healthcheck.html If you can do it, I'll require a step-by-step of how you did it, of course.

Yup, right now in the process of setting it up with our final production servers, might have a "Find my IP" contest when it's done :D

    5GBps.com - 1GBps Unmetered VPS, Windows/Linux, HDD/SSD, DDoS Protected-from $29 (EU)

Hi, I need a VPS with 2 IPs, and most importantly, no block on outgoing IPIP encapsulated traffic, is that doable? __________________ Added after 3 Hours 51 minutes: I registered and paid for a VPS a few hours ago but it still shows as pending. The Paypal email is slightly different from the...

VPS Server with 2IPs and allows IPIP tunneling

Hi guys, I'm looking to rent a reliable VPS with 2 IP addresses and that allows outgoing IPIP encapsulated packets. This would be used as a loadbalance director for a LVS-TUN setup. Not very high specs needed, single core with 2GB RAM would be more than enough, and 400GB/month datatraffic would...

    IP Tunneling for server security

Well in the end we were able to set up LVS-TUN, the main issue is the service provider's network security, in most cases they will block outbound spoofed traffic, but we asked nicely so they made an exception. System works rather nicely!

    IP Tunneling for server security

Hmmmmmm yes, that could work, I believe this is actually common practice here for bittorrent sites... But it's not too hard to sniff the connections and follow the IPs... Ideally we'd want the public IP to be in a completely different country to muddy the waters more... I have a wild idea, in...

    IP Tunneling for server security

OK here's a rough diagram: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yznvqvdwmp4kad1/lvs.jpg When the user requests for example http://publicip/videos/video1.mp4, the LVS server will pick one of the servers and pass the request there. Then, the response from the hidden server is sent straight to the user...

    IP Tunneling for server security

Hi guys, We're setting up a video streaming website, and looking for ways to protect ourselves. The plan is to host all the content in NL, but even so I think it's always a bit of a risk. So we want to implement an IP tunneling system so that all content would appear to come from another place...

    WampServer alternative for Windows?

the Caivinc If you're going to host a public, production website based on Apache, PHP and MySQL, Windows is really not your best choice... That does not mean it won't work, but it's not the best tool for the job... That being said, for development and testing work, I like to use XAMPP as...

Things to consider when opening an online store website ?

I've made a few e-commerce sites for clients in the past, I used osCommerce.com . Now it's quite outdated and there are more modern ones like Magento, but I find it slow and clunk, osC is pretty lightweight, and easy to modify (and you'll need to modify a LOT to have it production-ready) Anyway...
