DO NOT USE LUMFILE
IN DECEMBER I SIGNED UP FOR ONE MONTH PREMIUM, AND I WAS DOUBLE BILLED.
I REPEAT, THIS ASSHOLE CHARGED MY ACCOUNT TWICE, ONCE ON THE 18TH OF DECEMBER AND AGAIN THE NEXT DAY
HE BANS MY ACCOUNT ALL THE TIME CLAIMING DL'ING FROM MULTIPLE IPs. I AM NOT DOING THAT.

thanks. did so about an hour ago. don't see why i have to use this board to contact someone at lumfile when lumfile's website has 2 options for contacting them AND they don't respond to either. not good.....

they banned my premium account without any notice or reason and double billed me AND never responded to 4 emails and 3 ticket support requests.
Very bad. Not a good sign for the future of lumfile. I'd recommend all posters stay clear of lumfile.
Lumfile is lacking......
I've NEVER experienced a host like Lumfile before. NO responses to emails or support tickets. Double billing account. Denied access to paid account.
