Probably not, even if you host and operate completely outside DMCA territory (USA) there are similar laws in other countries like Canada and Europe. If a site doesn't comply with takedown requests it doesn't stay online for long
It can be considered fair if filehosts would pay a percentage to content creators. However, that will never happen, the MAFFIA would probably demand millions of dollars as compensation, much more than most sites will make.

File downloads from isafile go through two different adfly like websites before you can download. The download itself is served from an URL that looks non-legit: penetrable.offer-games.com. This doesn't look good at all.
No surprise, you can't payout 90% PPS. It's just impossible for Oboom to earn 2 $ a year on a 1 year premium upgrade, it was only a matter of time before payouts would get delayed or cancelled.
As long as you don't get too many complaints it shouldn't be a problem.
The PayPal TOS is very restrictive, they can basically disable your account at any time when you fart. But PayPal is easy to accept so most people tolerate their shit.

Anybody know what fees Paysafecard charges when accepting payments?
I mean when you want to withdraw income you've generated through Paysafe, let's say it's 50$, how much will you actually receive? The paysafe site is completely hiding the withdrawal fees.
