Been a moderator there, really good pre-times, along with a friendly staff team. Heard they'll be getting better sources for their releases along with multiple gigabit servers for their bot.

Neither, Fileserve. It gets me way more downloads than both these hosts combined. On topic, WUpload is good for small files, however, filesonic is better for games since that's they only seem to be generating the sales, atleast for me.

Go with a Windows server, mate. You can even setup sBorg on your Windows server if you want to. Care to get your facts right? What makes you think you can get a 1Gbit connection on your home PC for just 30Euros? Heck, you can't even get a 100mbit up-link for that price.
