100 kbps is fine, but if possible increase it to 150-200 kbps. few downloaders complained me about using juno as primary host in my blog, (other mirrors are putlocker and mediafire), putlocker is banned in some countries, mediafire delete files quickly. so lot of users choice is junocloud...
