Yes they pay. I have been with them for years and they have always paid fast! Also i never had a file removed for dcma or anything.

The dmca is something you gotta deal with,nothing you can do about that. For me only 1 or 2 movies get put down every couple days and i have 1000's of files on putlocker so for me the dmca really isnt a problem at all. I did tested however by cloning one movie and made a clone for everysite...

I have to say Putlocker always paid me on time and they have paid me thousands of dollars. Yes the downtime sucks but like its been said more here,its bad for putlocker aswell they arent earning any money either when the site is down. For me it is and always have been a wonderful hosting...
