I personally do not use this server, but two good friends of mine use it as a seedbox due to its space (1 TB) and they are happy with its performance and - more important to them - its peering/connectivity to the rest of Europe (OVH network).

For Romania, I suggest you have a look at chociz.com (vps section). Their servers are excellent and their support is fast, polite and knowledgeable
