They started that rule here in Canada about couple of months ago where they started issuing tickets if they catch you on your cellphone/handheld device for obstruction of not paying attention while driving lol so good to see States doing the same

I doubt that they'll make it that much heavier than the 2nd one. The 2nd iPad weighs 1.33 pounds so it probably won't be much heavier than 1.5 pounds. They'll probably change the graphic chipset since they said they want to make it better for graphics so let's hope for a higher resolution!
I've played around with the Chromebook and interface wise it's pretty good looking and it's also very touch responsive for typing and playing. You get what you pay for the price it's at!
I voted for the Nexus S because I've played well around with that phone and it's a pretty good phone. Seeing as I own a Bold 9900 since it came out, I hate that phone. Battery life is terrible on it and it's a bit laggy at times
Seems interesting. Users in the market prefer the newer slicker design for the iPad 2 but let's see what'll make the 3rd one jump out of the water for people not to care about the slickness of it
