Speed unstable in Bittorent
I have a windows 2008 R2 Standard Core I5 16 gb Ram. I use bittorent on it and speed it is stable in two days and then it gets low. Have I changed bittorent and utorrent and remains low after two days. My server is 100 mbt / s in France.- tiagofavi
