I've been waiting as well for an Amazon gift card since May 12th, and only receive automated replies from support, is there an official thread here monitored by their staff where I may post?
I had this a couple of months ago, they will put the funds back in your account for you to try again, once Support knows what happened [just make sure to try again if nothing is fixed in a couple days]
This was the reply support gave me:

We are sorry you are facing difficulties during the payment with bitcoin. Please contact www.bitpay.com directly for further information and help.
