Google Have you tried Google, If you search "Best sites to dofolow comment 2015" there is a couple of lists. I would suggest doing it your self, its always the best to get the experience and in future you will see what work and what is just hype. My favorite site to leave comments is MySpace.

I think buying traffic is a waste of money, that is my experience. Most of these traffic is generated with software through proxies and all its good for is getting a better Alexa ranking. Article writing will help with Authority, and that will get you in to Google - There is iWriter or Fiverr...
