Why am I not able to reboot my own VPS, instead, I need to submit a ticket for that, then wait for you, and if I need several reboots, that can take whole day.

i want to use this vps for private use only(downloading/uploading..rar/unrar)
in this case there is no problem if the files are porn or pirated or whatever because i will delete all files after uploading is done ..!?!.. no websites will be hosted or anything ....

its not obligate to pay every month? i can pay and use vps for one month only !!?
