I don'y understand this statement:

Site that doesn't show up in google as 1st or on search at all (hence your links will last longer)

I think if site shows up in google as 1 st, people can easily find your uploads so your uploads will be often downloaded. Please explain for me!

I don't think that there is one upload scheme for all. Everyone should discover own system that works for him and when that happens i don't think that he/she will share it. Some of forums you listed here have 0 views on all first page posts and uploading there is waste of time.
