plus if you want respect let them have there backup for free ! how would you like it if i hosted your site then you ask for a refund and i just give the server / vps away with no backups you would be mad right? i know i would be bloody mad thats not the way to run a business again sorry for being rude but face the facts everyone hates your hosting now. :s
 
Running a business means you respect your customers wishes, if you don't want to / cannot do that then you are in the wrong line of work. Like others said; do the right thing, excuses only support the claims they have made so far.
 
bentikt, you are 2nd worst hosting in the history, the worst is SolidNode.com, you are not getting rooted as they but nobody can deal with those downtimes and rude support as you have. I suggest you to refund those guys.
 
You can't beat anyone. WRZHost have 32GB of ram on all of their shared servers and dual Xeon Processors. You don't even come close.
