We are trying to send payment but we are met with this message:

We apologize, but 'Your email address' does not accept credit card payments. Please use the funds in your AlertPay account to complete your payment.

There is no funds left in our Alertpay, so this is our primary method of payment which you do not accept,so consequently the funds have been put back in your account.

i can change my alertpay acc to another accept credit card payments or i change payment method to webmoney tell me what is better for you ? but please don't put back funds to my account

I received that email too! WTF??

How do I not accept credit card payments?!!! I accept any method of payment as long I get the money! X-(

WTF..This has nothing to do with usershare, ask Alerpay why you cant accept CC payments.

We can do paypal payments, not webmoney atm.Money return is an automatic process once the payment doesnt go through.

So you've been paid before 3 times yet you say you have never received money from usershare...lol ..wow...The big mistake people are making is thinking that this forum/thread is full-on support and when you report your issues here instead of contacting the site your issues get resolved.We dont visit here 24/7 , and if your amount is clearly overdue dont you think contacting the site or online help desk would be a smart thing to do instead of typing rubbish?

Paypal not allowed in Egypt . so i can change my alertpay to another one verified ?

I am not sure ,I think your account has to be verified now , alertpay changed this.
