Because while i recommended HitFile on my facebook pages, most members commented with the Arabic translation is not available on this new file hosting unlike other file host websites, since they are from Arab countries, they can't buy premium accounts in different language they don't know.
Since i liked hitfile i wanted it to be same as the other file hosting websites.

I was observing this post for the last week before i decided to take the plunge.I have loaded a few files on hitfile and tried testing for the DL speed for free users. I received the message this file has been blocked for free user by the file owner.
Can you clarify a few points.

Yes, we also allow to download files for free. To enable free download tick "The possibility of free download files" in the bottom of this page http://hitfile.net/user/settings
But we don't pay for downloads, we pay only for purchases!
the DL speed is up to 100 Kb/sec for free users and up to 1 Gb / s for premium users.
i am having problems getting the DL links. I have uploaded the files using a ftp client sucessfully but i cant see the DL links on the Hitfile home page even after 5minutes.This is not acceptable.I agree uploading to hitfile server is just sexy fantastic it beats hotfile by miles but the it takes time to display the links.
I still facing the promblm of seeing the Download links . it take atleast 5-10 minutes to see them. This can be easily fixed the DB reporting services must have good speed communicating with the webserver.
The speed of uploading is great i appreciate it ,please fix this minor issue it makes us provide other links first on post because of the time lag.

Thanks for the other parts, but what's up with this "hitfile" site!?!?
I get told I have too many previous connections, try again in 300 seconds (or similar)
Then, I get told the same, and to wait for 600 seconds (or similar)
Then, again, but for silly seconds amount, because of too many previous connections already.
I've never been to the site before, at all!
Finally, I get what looks to be an offer of download, but to wait 60 seconds.
I do this, then get told "You can't use this link from current IP address"
I used your hotfile mirrors in your posts to the other parts of this.
Do you have a hotfile link for this one at all, please??

lefaust, about your problem with displaying the links. Please, PM me the following information: your login, numbers of servers you uploaded files to and what adding type of files to "My files" directory you use (automatic or manual).
We also need more information. If it's possible, please, PM me IP-address of this user and a link to a file he tried to download.

1. Now you can set the prices for your files yourself or choose a standard rate. A user who wants to download your file will now see only one rate, which is set to the file. The price is edited for each file individually at My files page. The opportunity to set prices for groups of files or folders will soon be added.
2. Due to the large number of complaints from hitfile.net users, the function "The possibility of free download files" is now available only to premium users. We think this function is quite dangerous and it should be used only by experienced posters. This restriction will help to avoid abuses at the websites which don't allow to post links only to paid file sharing systems. For files that were uploaded before this update the settings will remain the same (as they are now). Also if your premium account at hitfile.net is expired, the files that were uploaded during the period it was active, will keep their settings.

2. Now on the Balance page you can see the number of the purse to which the payment was made.
3. We set up 24x7 website monitoring service and also now when we're having some technical work or updating the service, you'll see the message about it on the site.

You guys really need to make some changes in the reward system and introduce some type of pay per download scheme. Also please change your stance on file deletion based on inactivity

You didn't change it before and today you see that hitfile hasn't been adopted on a large scale by the uploaders and it really wont be. The site isn't really offering something new to the uploaders and downloaders for a major shift. You guys need to innovate.
