Actually Fileserve also banned Ip's of others hosts to prevent remote uploading of their files to other servers -

FS > MU/RS/HF/FS/Others Not Possible

We have confirmed that FileSonic has blocked our IPs for our Remote Upload servers. What this means is that you will no longer be able to send files from FileSonic => FileServe. Good day.
