and you contacted us on weekend, our staff have holidays on these days and i was also out of station

We don't oversell, somtimes customer makes multiple downloads/ uploads at a time!!

we suspend them if you have any issue make ticket, we will check and solve the issue for you

OR

if you want to never face such issues... then buy VPS SERVER!

as rapidleech hosting is a shared server

Bro if u trans loading hf or fs ..the speed are poor as they are US based filehost and most the servers of RL are on DE or NL...

gave me a server which speeds are really high .... so kindly reply back which premium u r using ??

please make a ticket, it will be solved, before making replies here or there, just make a ticket and also we have email you regarding it that its new version has been realsed , we email you after 24 hrs as it stops working
 
Devilmaycry I paid your for rapidleech 6$ and still haven't recieved it.I've already pm'd and emailed you and why you didn't reply?Are you blind or what?

I raised a ticket on 30/09/2010 15:04 on high priority and still waiting for it to be sorted.

Yes you did e-mail me and yes the new plugin as loaded but it doesn't work.


Been waiting 5 days now.

Lol.

I waited days to get my rapidshare back and it doesn't work. Can't download anything.

I imagine I'll be waiting days again to get an answer, but I've given up all hope at this point.
